Building Community for John Hancock with the “Women Count” initiative
Because many creative people wanted to create the launch of this highly visible initiative, a writing contest focused on the Mission Statement was held. Participants were not identified and executive leadership selected the following:

As a global asset manager, John Hancock is dedicated to creating opportunities for women across the span of their careers and customizing financial solutions across the spectrum of their lives. We offer products and programs to help women expand their financial knowledge and extend their networks—whether they are clients, employees or community members.
David was honored to be selected to author and creatively implement the "Women Count" Overview. Distributed throughout the company, it generated discussions in meetings, calls and on the intranet. Ultimately, the Overview was integrated into corporate PR, social and communications in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia. It was selected as “Best Overall Communications” by the Mutual Fund Education Alliance (MFEA).
